    About me

    My name is Sandra – I’m Nutritional Therapist and I studied Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London (CNM). My mission is to help you eat, feel and live better. I truly believe that nourishing your body with the right food and your soul with positive thoughts will allow you to thrive and live up to your full potential. There is no perfect diet suitable for everyone but understanding your own body and your individual needs can make difference.

    As a strong believer in holistic health, I offer personalised programs that cover comprehensive guidance on nutrition, lifestyle and mindset – three crucial aspects in achieving optimal health.

    My specialisation:

    The main area that I’m specialising in is female health including thyroid and hormonal balance. My personal and family story made me realise that sorting out your gut is essential but fixing your hormones is equally important, especially thyroid which is often overlooked and misdiagnosed. Thyroid is the ‘boss’ of our system that controls and regulates so many body functions: digestion, mood, heart and much more!

    My approach

    In my clinic, I combine functional medicine approach with nutritional and lifestyle strategies to tailor individual treatment program that will get to the root cause and optimise functions of all body systems. The body is a self-healing organism. By providing all you need and removing what is harmful you can achieve lasting benefits going beyond your expectations.

    Correcting nutritional deficiencies and nutrient absorption is one of the major steps towards better health. As you may already heard you are not only what you eat but what you absorb. Human body is made of thousands of cells. If the cell is not nourished well, organs and your body won’t be functioning well. Cellular health is the foundation of our overall health.

    In my practice, I take into account your genetic make–up, environment, past medical history and dietary habits to identify potential bio-chemical imbalances and tailor appropriate program depending on your goals. Each person is different, choosing the right food and diet can influence functioning of your body, how you feel and how you age. Human body is amazing, understanding how you can nourish it and take care of your mind body and soul is the key.
