We will explore your situation, symptoms, discuss your expectations and how I could help you.
STEP 2: Fill Health Questionnaire
Fill the detailed health questionnaire before our first session with example of your current diet, details on supplements you are taking and any recent test results (if you have any)
STEP 3: Our First Session
We will schedule our first consultation that may last from around 60 to 90min depending on complexity of the case. During the consultation be ready for lots of questions:)
STEP 4: Plan & Execution
You will receive your plan within 3-5 working days and we will schedule quick 30min catch up to go through the plan together before you start to make sure you are comfortable with it and clear on how to achieve your goals. I will explain you how we are going to approach you case, where and how to start and what to focus on in the following few weeks. The plan is always 100% personalised, prepared to fit in your food preferences, budget and work schedule.
STEP 5: Regular Catch Ups
Depending where you are on your health journey, it can be a big change for you so to make it easier and smooth I will share with you useful tools and how to overcome common challenges. What matters is consistency and making sure you are on the right path to achieve your goals. If you need my advice between sessions, I will be assisting you via what’s app or email when needed.
