These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and participation in The Superwoman Formula programme (Started, Standard, VIP package) offered by FLOWell Holistic Health & Nutrition (“FLOWell”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By enrolling in the programme, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to the following terms.

1. Programme Description

The Superwoman Formula is a 3-month hormone optimisation programme designed to support women with fat loss goals, stress management, and hormonal balance.

You may choose from one of three levels of support:

• Starter – Access to the Superwoman Formula Online Course (12 modules), Hormone Balancing Meal Plans, Science-Based Nutrition Guidance, Mind-Body Tools for Stress Relief & Nervous System Regulation. Access to everything is for 12 months. This package doesn’t include weekly coaching calls or daily suppport via Women’s Community.

• Standard – Includes everything in Basic plus:
  • 1x Initial Nutritional Consultation (45-60 min)
  • 1x Follow-Up Consultation (30 min)
  • Personalised recommendations, supplement protocols, and test analysis (if applicable).
  • Weekly Group Coaching Calls
  • Daily Support via the Women’s Community (Slack platform).

• VIP – Includes everything in Standard plus:
  • Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Unlimited 1:1 support & guidance via chat between sessions

2. Programme Participation & Client Responsibilities

a) Superwoman Online Course (Applies to ALL packages)

• The course provides evidence-based education, strategies, and tools to support your health and well-being.
• The information is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Your results will depend on your level of participation and commitment to taking action.
• If you are unclear about any part of the programme or struggle to implement the recommendations, it is your responsibility to share this in the group chat and notify Sandra, so that you can receive guidance and support.

b) Nutritional Therapy (Applies to the Standard & VIP Package)

Nutritional Therapy uses evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle interventions to support your health goals and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Please note:

• Your nutritional advice will be tailored to the health concerns we discuss and agree upon.
• You agree to disclose any relevant medical history, medications, or supplements so your programme can be tailored appropriately.
• You are responsible for implementing the recommendations, including dietary changes, supplement protocols, and lifestyle strategies.
• If you are unclear about any recommendation, dosage, or timeline, you will promptly contact your Nutritional Therapist for clarification.
• You agree to notify your Nutritional Therapist before continuing any supplement programme beyond the agreed period.

c) Coaching (Applies to the Standard & VIP package)

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support you in achieving your personal health and lifestyle goals.

Please note:

• Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality and privacy of others during group calls and in the community space.

• Coaching may take place in a group setting (via live calls and community support) and may also include 1:1 sessions for VIP clients.

• Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.

• You are responsible for your own choices, decisions, and actions.

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All course materials, video modules, workbooks, handouts, meal plans, recordings, and any other resources provided during the programme are the intellectual property of FLOWell Holistic Health & Nutrition.

You agree that you will not:

• Share, reproduce, resell, distribute, or publish any part of the course materials without prior written consent.
• Use the materials for commercial purposes or to create a competing programme.

Access to digital materials is for your personal, non-transferable use only.

4. Payments

• Payment must be made in full or in accordance with the agreed payment plan before programme access is granted.
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, or debit card.
• Failure to complete instalment payments may result in suspension of access until payment is made.

5. Results Guarantee (Standard & VIP Only)

We are fully committed to helping you achieve real, lasting results. If you show up, actively participate, and apply the programme — but still do not see measurable improvements (such as reduced stress, improved energy, or progress toward your fat loss or hormone goals) — you may request either:

• A Full Refund of your programme fee, or
• Extended Access to the programme and continued coaching support until you achieve the agreed results — at no additional cost.

To be eligible, you must:

• Attend the scheduled coaching sessions (or watch replays if live attendance isn’t possible).
• Engage in the programme by completing the lessons, filling out the online tracker, taking action on recommendations, and sharing your progress on a weekly basis.
• Communicate with Sandra if you feel stuck or are struggling to implement a recommendation — so we can work together to identify the underlying problem and find a solution for you.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• All personal information you share is kept strictly confidential and stored securely in compliance with GDPR.
• Information shared in group coaching calls and community chat is confidential to the group and participants are expected to respect each other’s privacy.
• We may use anonymised case studies or progress examples for educational purposes but will never disclose identifying information without your consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
