- 3/4 cup of berries
- Plant milk / coconut water (for extra potassium)
- 1 scoop protein powder (90% isolate unflavoured or vanilla without sweetener)
- 2 tsp pomegranate powder
- 1 tsp almond butter or hazelnut butter
- 1tsp hemp seeds

Chocolate Banana
- 1 yellow-green banana
- Plant milk / coconut water (for extra potassium)
