Cortisol Balancing Smoothie Recipes

If you need some inspiration how to boost your hormonal balance & health, sharing below my favourite smoothie ideas rich in essential nutrients for cortisol balance. For extra cortisol balancing effect you can also add magnesium powder (200mg), vitamin C powder (500mg) & reishi powder (500mg)

Berry Antioxidant Boost

  • 3/4 cup of berries
  • Plant milk / coconut water (for extra potassium)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (90% isolate unflavoured or vanilla without sweetener)
  • 2 tsp pomegranate powder
  • 1 tsp almond butter or hazelnut butter
  • 1tsp hemp seeds

Chocolate Banana

  • 1 yellow-green banana
  • Plant milk / coconut water (for extra potassium)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (90% isolate unflavoured or vanilla without sweetener)
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 – 2 tsp wheat grass
  • 1 tsp almond butter or hazelnut butter
  • 1tsp hemp seeds

Tropical Iron Boost

  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/3 small cucumber
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 – 2 tsp Moringa powder
  • Coconut water

Papaya Gut Detox

  • 2/4 cup of papaya
  • Plant milk / coconut water (for extra potassium)
