Hormone Balancing Healthy Dressings

If you need some inspiration how to support your hormonal balance & health, sharing below some of my favourite quick and easy healthy dressing ideas. All of them are rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory. Hopefully once you make them, you will never get back to the usual seed oils packed regular salad dressings or sauces 🙂

Spice Red Pepper Sauce

  • 1 red onion (or 4 small shallotes) & 2 cloves of garlic (stir fried) in olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper & 1 tomato
  • 1/2 fresh spicy pepper (cayenne i.e) or just a spice
  • 1.5 scoop of soluble fibre (~10-12g)
  • 1.5 tsp raw honey
  • Salt to taste

Blend eveyrthing together & enjoy! 🙂

Protein Home Made Tzatziki

  • 250g coconut yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cucumber, finely grated or chopped
  • 1/2 scoop unflavoured protein powder
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil

Mix eveyrything together & enjoy!

Tahini Dressing

  • 4 tbsp tahini (60g)
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1½ tbsp lemon juice or organe juice
  • 3-4 tbsp warm unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt and black pepper to tase

For extra omega 3 boost – add 1-2 tbsp hemp seeds
