  • Get clarity what foods is good for you and what food to avoid
  • Be confident about your food choices when you eat out

I will also help you to build healthy habits that create long term results. Dinner party, holiday trip, additional project at work ? Life often gets in the way of your health journey. I’m going to share with you proven methods to navigate through daily challenges. Fell off track, feel frustrated? Don’t worry, I’ll guide you back on the right path so you don’t feel overwhelmed and you know exactly what to do.

I joined a 2 week sugar detox challenge led by Sandra and really enjoyed the whole experience and group support to stay focused on our shared goal. Sandra shared helpful daily motivation messages and tricks that helped me stay away from sweets for whole 2 weeks - I joined to challenge to train my will power, but left inspired to take better controls of what I eat and when I eat without feeling like I’m restricting myself too much.
